Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers (Vercel, Neon) with a 99.99% uptime guarantee. This means less than 52 minutes of downtime per year on average.
We perform maintenance with zero downtime whenever possible. In rare cases where scheduled maintenance is required, we provide at least 7 days advance notice via email and in-app notifications. Maintenance is typically scheduled during low-traffic hours (2:00 AM - 4:00 AM PST).

Update your payment method at any time by going to Account Settings → Billing → Payment Method. Changes take effect immediately and will be used for your next billing cycle.
In rare circumstances, access to premium features may be delayed beyond the standard 60 seconds:
Transactions flagged by our fraud detection system (or Stripe/ PayPal's fraud prevention) may be held for manual review. This typically takes up to 24 hours. You will receive an email notification if your transaction is under review. We prioritize legitimate customers and resolve reviews as quickly as possible.
Some international credit cards or certain banks require additional authorization time. This can delay payment confirmation by up to 48 hours. If your payment is pending, you will see a "Payment Processing" status in your account dashboard. Contact your bank if authorization takes longer than 48 hours.
Enterprise plans with custom contracts, invoice payment, or special terms require manual activation by our sales team. Activation typically occurs within 1 business day of contract signing or invoice payment. Your dedicated account manager will coordinate activation timing.
